Overview :

Lead early development phases of offshore wind projects in Tokyo, overseeing tasks such as EIA, grid connections, and stakeholder engagement. Coordinate small project teams, collaborate with partners, and drive project origination aligned with targets.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate cross-functional project teams.
• Drive origination and development activities.
• Manage stakeholders and negotiate project contracts.
• Conduct market research on renewable energy regulations.
• Promote HSE standards.
• Assist in creating a local wind development organization.
• Develop and implement local contribution plans for offshore wind projects.
