Shaun Mogul
Co-Founder & Director

Shaun has dedicated his career towards working in emerging markets across Africa, Asia and Middle-East to help overcome key barriers that hinder economic and social development. Shaun previously worked at a headhunting firm where he led their EMEA practice. His role focused on expanding the client base of the business in emerging markets, while managing the team. Prior to that, Shaun worked with Arsenal Football Club in Uganda where he designed and led multiple initiatives focused on delivering social impact projects through sport. Driven by the belief of the potential that emerging markets hold, Shaun co-founded Inuka to address one of the key constraints when it comes to the development of economies - helping businesses find top tier-talent.

Adit Mehta
Co-Founder & Director

Adit has a background spanning across business development in the renewable energy sector and recruitment for the energy and infrastructure sector in Africa. His passion for energy and talent in emerging geographies was the inspiration for Inuka. Adit previously worked as a Business Development Director for CrossBoundary Energy where he developed IPP projects for private off-takers across Africa. Prior to joining CrossBoundary Energy, Adit worked with a renewable energy headhunting firm where he started and led their EMEA energy practice. Adit also had a year long stint with Smart Power India by the Rockefeller Foundation where he worked on demand generation and micro enterprise development in rural India. Adit has a Bachelors of Arts in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent. He is an Indian who has lived and worked across Kenya, India, the UK and Singapore.

Cherish Yew
Principal - Asia

Cherish has a background in finance and trading in the global FX market before transitioning to recruitment for the energy and infrastructure sector where she has spent the majority of her career in. Cherish previously worked at a headhunting firm where she started and led their Executive Search and Senior Appointments practice globally. Cherish also has extensive experience and passion for start-ups, having started as a second employee at a start-up and being part of the growth story to a successful acquisition. As part of that growth, she has led multiple market expansions across the globe including a company set-up in Taiwan, as well as contributed to the standardisation of multiple processes. Cherish has a Bachelors of Arts in Finance from Washington State University. She is a Singaporean who has lived and worked across the USA, Taiwan, and Singapore.

Heinz Schoeman-Struwig
Senior Associate

Heinz is a seasoned recruitment professional with a deep passion for emerging markets, dedicating his career to addressing the diverse talent needs of clients across Africa and Asia. His expertise spans the renewable energy, principal investment, and mining sectors, where he consistently connects top-tier talent with industry-leading organizations. Beginning his career as a recruitment consultant in South Africa, Heinz specialized in placing scarce skills with prominent Independent Power Producers, Developers, and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction firms. Expanding his scope globally, he spent a year successfully sourcing and placing talent across Africa and Asia, with a strong focus on Southeast Asia, West Africa, and East Africa. His clients included renewable energy platforms, mining houses, private equity funds, and innovative start-ups. With a robust technical skill set and a passion for solving complex recruitment challenges, Heinz thrives in sourcing scarce talent within niche markets. Leveraging his extensive and ever-growing network, he bridges the gap between exceptional candidates and reputable employers, driving growth and impact in emerging economies. Heinz holds a degree in Development and Management, with specializations in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources and Labour Relations, enhancing his ability to navigate complex talent landscapes.

Tessa Soh
Senior Associate

Tessa is a Senior Associate at Inuka Partners, specialising in recruitment for the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors across the Asia-Pacific region. With nearly a decade of experience, she has successfully supported clients across the full project lifecycle, covering roles in investment, project finance, development, engineering, and operations. Her expertise spans solar, wind (onshore and offshore), energy storage, and data centre infrastructure. Tessa is passionate about the energy transition and is dedicated to connecting top talent with mission-driven organisations, offering strategic insight and long-term partnership throughout the hiring journey.

Salome M'mbone Bisau
Associate

Salome is a lawyer by education with a background in marketing in the banking industry and procurement. In her previous role, Salome worked closely with the Head of Department to ensure timely and quality output for all the business assets across various media channels. She also supported the sports and sponsorships docket in the execution of their mandate and meeting KPIs. Prior to this, Salome headed the procurement department of a Nairobi based firm. She oversaw sourcing goods such medical and agricultural equipment in Asia and Europe, as well as handling the logistical aspects to ensure efficient delivery. Salome completed her Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) at the University of Nottingham, where she participated in various student organisations, one of which she was a founding member. Currently, she divides her time between Kenya and Switzerland. She speaks French, English and Swahili.

Rainer Omondi Middii
Associate

Rainer is a Kenyan recruitment professional with a passion for leadership, people, and driving positive impact across Africa. With nearly a decade of experience in human resources within the insurance and healthcare industries, Rainer has built a strong foundation in talent acquisition and organizational growth. Specializing in C-suite and board-level searches, he has led end-to-end recruitment processes and provided strategic talent solutions across multiple sectors, including forestry, agriculture, FMCG, TMT, technology, and logistics. Rainer holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, along with a Diploma and Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management. He has also earned a People Analytics certification, further strengthening his expertise in data-driven talent strategies. Tvisha Kapoor
Marketing & Operations Manager

Tvisha is an experienced marketing professional with a background in psychology and hands-on knowledge in both Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing. Tvisha previously worked as a Brand Manager at Hashtag Marketing where she led various digital brand strategies, incorporating effective communication and social media marketing plans to enhance customer outreach. She excelled in managing and generating engaging content for clients, resulting in significant digital engagement across multiple products and services. Prior to that, she worked as a marketing and social media lead where she spearheaded social media marketing across multiple platforms with a primary focus on product marketing. She developed the pre-launch digital strategy by curating content towards a certain demographic and launched the brand in the Indian market. Tvisha completed her Bachelor of Arts and Humanities, Liberal Arts at Jindal Global University in Sonipat, India. She pursued linguistics and research in Japan, and holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. Currently based in India, she frequently travels between the US, Singapore and her home country.
