Development Manager (Offshore Wind)
Lead early development phases of offshore wind projects in Taiwan, overseeing tasks such as EIA, grid connections, and stakeholder engagement. Coordinate small project teams, collaborate with partners, and drive project origination aligned with targets.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams
- Drive origination and development activities
- Manage stakeholders and negotiate project contracts
- Conduct market research on renewable energy regulations
- Promote HSE standards
- Assist in creating a local wind development organization
- Develop and implement local contribution plans for offshore wind projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business administration, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s) preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in renewable energy development, with a demonstrated track record of successfully developing and delivering wind projects.
- Deep understanding of renewable energy technologies, market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and project finance principles.
