Country Manager
Inuka is partnering with a PE-funded C&I renewable energy platform seeking a Country Manager to lead its expansion in Vietnam. This role is responsible for driving business growth, overseeing project development, and managing stakeholder relationships to support the company’s long-term success in the market.
Responsibilities
- Lead market expansion and business development strategies in Vietnam.
- Oversee project development, execution, and operations.
- Build and manage relationships with government authorities, regulators, and key industry stakeholders.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and navigate policy frameworks for renewable energy.
- Manage P&L responsibility and drive operational efficiency.
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing local team.
Qualifications
- 12+ years proven leadership experience in the renewable energy sector, ideally within C&I solar or distributed energy.
- Strong track record in business development, project execution, and market entry.
- Deep understanding of Vietnam’s regulatory landscape and energy policies.
- Strong network within the renewable energy ecosystem in Vietnam.
- Experience working with private equity-backed companies is an advantage.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English is preferred.
