Investment Associate
Inuka is working with a renewable energy company that develops and operates projects in onshore & offshore wind, solar, and energy storage, seeking an Investment Associate to join their growing team in Finland.
Responsibilities
- Support evaluation and execution of renewable energy investments, including acquisitions and greenfield developments.
- Perform financial modeling, valuations, and sensitivity analysis for project opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memos and internal decision-making materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, legal, technical) on due diligence.
- Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities in wind, solar, and storage.
- Contribute to portfolio management and tracking of existing assets’ financial performance.
- Support negotiations and structuring of investment agreements.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Experience or interest in renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams.
- Fluent in English; Finnish language skills are an advantage.
- Proactive, analytical mindset and eagerness to contribute in a dynamic, growing environment.
