Business Development Manager - Wind
Inuka is partnering with a leading utility-scale renewable energy developer seeking a Business Development Manager – Wind to drive project origination and market expansion in Vietnam. This role will focus on identifying opportunities, securing partnerships, and leading wind project development efforts from inception to execution.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop utility-scale wind energy projects from origination to financial close.
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, government authorities, and key stakeholders to secure project approvals.
- Conduct market analysis to assess project feasibility, regulatory requirements, and commercial opportunities.
- Lead site identification, permitting, and land acquisition to ensure project viability.
- Support PPA negotiations, investment structuring, and financing efforts in collaboration with internal teams.
- Work closely with engineering, construction, and legal teams to advance project development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in renewable energy, with a strong track record in wind project development.
- Deep understanding of Vietnam’s energy market, regulations, and permitting processes.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese preferred.
