The opportunity
Our client is a leading renewable energy platform expanding its Investment Analysis team in Helsinki and is hiring Project Finance Professionals across different levels of seniority. The team works across the full project lifecycle, from development and financing through transactions and operations, providing financial and commercial analysis to support investment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models for renewable energy projects and portfolios.
- Perform valuation, scenario, and sensitivity analysis.
- Develop business cases and assess investment opportunities.
- Analyse market data, assumptions, and project risks.
- Support project finance and transaction processes through financial and analytical input.
- Prepare clear investment materials and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to improving modelling standards, valuation approaches, and internal tools.
Requirements
- Experience in project finance, investment analysis, M&A, valuation, transaction services, or a related field.
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or energy transition preferred.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and commercial capabilities.
- Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related academic background.
- Fluent English and Finnish required.
