The opportunity
Our client is a specialist investment and advisory firm recruiting a Natural Capital Investment Director. This role will lead investment strategy, transaction execution, and business development across natural capital and climate-focused investments.
Responsibilities
- Lead origination and execution of natural capital investments.
- Structure complex transactions and blended finance solutions.
- Manage investor, client, and partner relationships.
- Lead commercial due diligence, financial analysis, and negotiations.
- Support fundraising and business development initiatives.
- Mentor and develop junior investment professionals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in investments, advisory, or project finance.
- Experience in natural capital, climate finance, agriculture, forestry, or carbon markets.
- Strong transaction execution and financial modelling skills.
- Experience working across emerging markets.
- Excellent commercial and stakeholder management capabilities.
