The opportunity
Our client is an international investment platform focused on sustainable growth in emerging markets. Based in Singapore, the Investment Manager will support investment origination, transaction execution, and portfolio management across infrastructure and climate-related opportunities in Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess investment opportunities across energy transition and infrastructure.
- Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis across equity, mezzanine, and debt transactions.
- Lead due diligence and support transaction structuring, negotiations, and execution.
- Prepare investment papers and recommendations for investment committee approval.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support ongoing investment management.
- Conduct market and sector research to identify new opportunities.
- Work with internal teams, external advisers, and management teams throughout the investment lifecycle.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, transaction advisory, or project development.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Understanding of infrastructure or renewable energy investments preferred.
- Excellent research, communication, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and working in a hands-on team environment.
- Additional Southeast Asian languages, such as Vietnamese, Bahasa, or Thai, are advantageous.
