The opportunity
Our client is a specialist financial advisory firm focused on renewable energy and the energy transition, seeking an Investment Associate to support transaction execution, financial modelling, and investment analysis from its Paris office.
Responsibilities
- Support M&A, project finance, and fundraising transactions.
- Build financial models, valuations, and investment analyses.
- Conduct market research, financial due diligence, and sector analysis.
- Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and transaction documentation.
- Support client engagements and coordinate with investors and other stakeholders.
- Monitor renewable energy markets and identify investment opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English; French proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, and the energy transition.
