The opportunity
Our client is an international foundation recruiting an Impact Senior Manager based in Nairobi. This role will oversee impact strategy, monitoring, and reporting, supporting evidence-based decision-making across a diverse portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement impact measurement frameworks.
- Monitor programme performance and impact KPIs.
- Analyse data and prepare impact reports for key stakeholders.
- Support investment and programme teams with impact assessments.
- Engage with partners to strengthen monitoring and evaluation practices.
- Contribute to organisational learning and strategy development.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in impact measurement, monitoring & evaluation, ESG, or development finance.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience working across African markets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Master's degree or equivalent is advantageous.
