The opportunity
Our client is a specialist investment advisory firm recruiting a Director for its infrastructure and energy advisory platform. This role will lead strategic advisory engagements, transaction execution, and business development across emerging markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure and energy advisory mandates.
- Manage transaction execution, financial structuring, and negotiations.
- Build relationships with DFIs, investors, sponsors, and government stakeholders.
- Support fundraising and strategic business development.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and mentor junior professionals.
- Represent the business across key industry forums.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure finance, project finance, investment banking, or advisory.
- Strong transaction execution and client management experience.
- Experience working with DFIs and institutional investors.
- Excellent leadership and commercial skills.
- Experience across emerging markets preferred.
