Africa Practice2023

Continental Expansion

Built a dedicated Africa practice, completing over 30 senior placements across 11 markets in energy transition and financial services.

Expanding Africa & Setting Up Asia2024

Global Reach

Expanded our team with three hires in South Africa and Kenya and a senior hire in Singapore to lead our Asia practice, extending coverage to 23 markets and closing 47 mandates during the year.

Team Growth & Investment Practice2025

Service Deepening

Grew the team to nine professionals across Singapore, India, Kenya and South Africa, and launched an investment practice to deepen our financial-services offering through salary benchmarking, portfolio-company leadership build-outs and market advisory.
